Please read these Terms and Conditions completely. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the site www.echelonfoods.com, www.echelonfoods.ca, www.theoriginalturducken.com and www.theoriginalturducken.ca. By using and accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or otherwise use the Web Site.

 

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Shop Pay. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

 

Delivery Policy - US

All shipping is via FedEx or UPS. Shipping method is to be decided at check out.  Ground and Express pricing will be added prior to processing payment.

The estimated delivery time for Ground is approximately 3 - 8 business days from the first Monday from time of order. Please note that we only ship on Monday and Tuesday mornings due to the perishable nature of the product.

Delivery Policy - Canada

All shipping is via UPS. Shipping method is to be decided at check out. UPS Ground pricing will be calculated prior to processing payment.

The estimated delivery time for UPS Ground is approximately 3 - 8 business days from the time of order. Please note that for any UPS Ground shipments we only ship on Monday and Tuesday mornings due to the perishable nature of the product.

Payment

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell with a full refund.

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must provide the description of the item before requesting a refund. Complaints

Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team: info@echelonfoods.com or toll free 877-462-3188. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually and the seller will be in contact as well.

Legalities

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
